Hey Priya, I've been on their Managed VPS (the KVM one) for about 8 months for my online store. Performance is pretty good, especially compared to my old shared plan. I'm on their regular Linux VPS, unmanaged. Performance is okay for the price, but you're on your own for most things. For e-commerce, I'd definitely lean towards managed unless you're very comfortable with server admin.

Shared hosting is pretty much instant, VPS maybe an hour or two. Dedicated servers can take a bit longer, usually within a day or two from my experience.

Yeah, I got my VPS provisioned in like 30 mins, but I heard dedicated takes a bit more time. Their docs say it can be up to 72 hours for some of the bigger ones but that's rare.

Yeah, it's proper full root. I was a bit skeptical too coming from another provider that was more restrictive, but CybroHost gives you complete control over your VPS. No weird surprises there.
